Q. How do I cancel my order with imotorgear?
A. In the event that you have ordered a product from imotorgear from our manufacturers like MOMO, PIAA, XForce, and Neuspeed…or others and would like to cancel your order with imotorgear, you would need to email or imotorgear your order cancellation request before imotorgear can process your request. Just send imotorgear your cancellation request within 12 – 24 hours after you first place your order through imotorgear website. Emails for cancellation should be sent to
sales@imotorgear.com.
Q. Imotorgear Back orders
A. Back orders of products ordered through Imotorgear will normally be made available for shipping within 2 – 3 weeks from the time the order is first placed through the imotorgear website. If you have chosen “UPS 2nd Day" or "UPS Next Day” as your preferred shipping option, please take note that imotorgear will only ship the order AFTER the product is available from MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed or our other suppliers.
If you have ordered a product that is on backorder, imotorgear will immediately send you an email right after you have completed the ordering process through the Imotorgear website. Please ensure that you have provided Imotorgear with the correct email address. Updates on your order will be done through email. Imotorgear is not obligated nor required to verify the email address given by you. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that the email address provided during the ordering process is accurate.
Q. Why is the email address so important to Imotorgear?
A. This is because Imotorgear will need you to confirm your order with Imotorgear. This will be your only chance to cancel your backorder if you have mistakenly ordered a product from MOMO, PIAA, XForce, and Neuspeed or any of our other suppliers. If Imotorgear do not receive your cancellation within the period of 24 hours, Imotorgear will process your order, after which, cancellation request is no longer possible.
Q. How do I check the status of my order with Imotorgear?
A. You can check the status of your orders of MOMO, PIAA, XForce, and Neuspeed or products from our other suppliers right here on the Imotorgear website. Simply click on the ‘order status’ button at the top of the page and you’ll be able to check the status of your order.
Q. What do you mean when you say ‘special order’?
A. Special orders from Imotorgear from MOMO, PIAA, XForce, and Neuspeed or any one of our other suppliers mean orders which includes customizing the products that you have ordered or adapting the product to your own individual needs, like hub adapters which are specific to every single car. Some of our suppliers, MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed and others do customize your special orders according to your specific needs.
Q. Do I still get to exchange or return my ‘special orders’ from Imotorgear?
A. Special Orders and Custom Purchases made through Imotorgear website are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the products are damaged during delivery/shipping.
Q. How do I know that the products that I have ordered through Imotorgear are NEW or ORIGINAL?
A. Imotorgear is an authorized dealer for all products MOMO, PIAA, XForce, and Neuspeed and others. Imotorgear only sells original and new products through the Imotorgear website. Imotorgear works closely MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed and others to bring you the latest and newest products through the Imotorgear website. Please take note that the packaging or box of the product may be a little distorted due to shipping/delivery conditions which is something that is beyond our control. Be assured that Imotorgear will make every effort to bring you only original and new products from MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed and our other suppliers - this is our integrity, our policy and our principle.
Q. What kind of protection am I being given as a consumer against damage of the product ordered through
Imotorgear?
A. MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed and others generally provide a manufacturer’s warranty against any kind of defects in the MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed products ordered. However, this does NOT include wear-and-tear damage caused by usage, mishandling and improper use, failure to follow installation of the product properly, dropping the product, contact with liquid/water...etc. MOMO, PIAA, XForce, Neuspeed and others warrants that the product(s) are free from manufacturing defects and if that is so, you are entitled to exchange or return your products to Imotorgear within 30 days after receiving the product.
Q. What happens if I don’t know how to use or install or uninstall the product that I have ordered?
A. There are several ways you can find out how to use, install and uninstall your products. Generally, all MOMO, PIAA, XForce, and Neuspeed products are easy-to-install. We recommend that you first visit the manufacturer’s web site to get the latest installation and application guide information or you could review the installation and the application guide on Imotorgear.com web site right next to each of the displayed product. You are advised to read and understand the installation guide properly BEFORE attempting to install or uninstall the product yourself. If you have further doubts, please do contact the manufacturer directly. Imotorgear will not be responsible for purchase of wrong part or any damage resulted from installation. Customer holds the responsibility to verify all information before purchasing.
Q. What’s the extent of liability for Imotorgear?
A. Imotorgear will not be liable for costs (inclusive of the cost of the products itself) exceeding the total price of the product.
Q. How long will it take for Imotorgear to ship the product from the Imotorgear warehouse?
A. If the product is in stock, Imotorgear endeavors to ship out your product within the 48 hours. Normally, it takes about 2 – 5 days to completely process your orders. Your shipping methods "UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day" will apply after Imotorgear processes your order.

A. Imotorgear updates the data consistently, so, yes, it is reliable.
Q. Does Imotorgear prices change consistently?
A. All Imotorgear pricing is incredibly competitive and relatively consistent with no adverse change over a period of time.
